Return Policy

We're happy to assist you and we wish for you to be satisfied with our products. We offer returns or exchanges within 15 days.*

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order because; 1) the wrong item was sent to you; or 2) damaged in shipping- we're here to help and will refund your payment and reimburse you including shipping cost. We advise that you contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving the product. 

*For any other reason than above, you can still return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method less shipping and handling fees. 

Because what you purchased is a high quality item, we ensure that you only get new, unopened items so please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • To ensure hygienic and food safe practices, our items are wrapped in plastic and sealed. Returned items must be unopened and must have no visible signs of use or wear and tear like scratches on surface, water blotches or any residue.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
